Store Policy

• Shipping is always free minimum orders are $15.00. Salon clients can always pick up orders next day or request shipping. If you do not have time to stop by and pick up your items contact us and ask for shipping.
• Shipping tiers and methods are at our discretion and may include USPS, Parcel Post, First Class or Priority Mail Options. Packages under 14 oz are shipped USPS First Class. Orders Over $25 in value are usually shipped USPS Priority Mail. We will always send you tracking numbers after your order has been sent.
• Orders are shipped same or next day with the exception of Holidays or Weekend days.
• All product orders receive 10% in Rewards Points which can be subtracted from future purchases.
• Rewards Points can be combined with Points from Hair Care Services and used for future Product or Hair Care Services at our salon.
• Rewards points expire after 3 months or 180 days.
• Rewards points shall only be honored or redeemed when purchasing Products or Services on our Web-Site.
• To redeem your points, Log-In your salon account, click the "Rewards Link," click the "Generate Code Link," copy the code for use at check out. Enter the code in coupon or gift code box at check out. Please see the help link over the salon log-in box to your left if needed. If you still have problems, call us at 281-890-1090 for assistance.
• We do not pay return shipping for returned product purchases and there is a 25% restocking fee applied to all returned purchases.
• We can not accept returns on personal implements due to health code rules and regulations. All sales of those items are final.

• We are not a wholesale distributor. Items ordered over multiples of 3 units on hair care products will be rejected.
